Sing nor 15 - 55 No Damage. A soothing lullaby is sung in a calming voice that puts the target into a deep slumber.
Supersonic nor 20 - 55 No Damage. The user generates odd sound waves from its body that confuse the target.
Sonic Boom nor 20 1 90 Special Attack, damage based on Sp.Atk and Sp.Def The target is hit with a destructive shock wave that always inflicts 20 HP damage.
Disable nor 20 - 100 No Damage. For four turns, this move prevents the target from using the move it last used.
Hyper Beam nor 5 150 90 Special Attack, damage based on Sp.Atk and Sp.Def The target is attacked with a powerful beam. The user can't move on the next turn.
Strength nor 15 80 100 Physical Attack, damage based on Atk and Def The target is slugged with a punch thrown at maximum power. This can also be used to move heavy boulders.

Flail nor 15 1 100 Physical Attack, damage based on Atk and Def The user flails aimlessly to attack. The less HP the user has, the greater the move's power.
Conversion 2 nor 30 - - No Damage. The user changes its type to make itself resistant to the type of the attack the opponent used last.

False Swipe nor 40 40 100 Physical Attack, damage based on Atk and Def A restrained attack that prevents the target from fainting. The target is left with at least 1 HP.
Swagger nor 15 - 90 No Damage. The user enrages and confuses the target. However, this also sharply raises the target's Attack stat.
Milk Drink nor 10 - - No Damage. The user restores its own HP by up to half of its max HP. May also be used in the field to heal HP.
Mean Look nor 5 - - No Damage. The user pins the target with a dark, arresting look. The target becomes unable to flee.
